24/7 Access

Fortis provides 24/7 gym access for all members and personal trainers. We never close. All
members receive a door access card upon joining. This is a unique benefit, especially for a
strength training gym.

No long term commitments

Memberships are month to month. Our gym members may freeze their memberships at any
time. If members join for a longer period they may leave at any time, no questions asked with a
full refund pro-rated to the day they leave. For every 6 months members join, we provide an
additional month free of charge.

Gym members are surrounded by staff, personal trainers and other knowledgeable members to
help them succeed permanently in all of their strength training, fat loss and fitness goals

Where you lift is very important. The right atmosphere is vital for a gym to be successful in helping people reach their goals:

Responsible, effective personal training

Our gym is home to some of the most credentialed, professional personal trainers in Canada; many of whom are involved in pro-athletics. We attract the highest quality trainers since they do not work for us, but rather operate as independent contractors. Many use our facilities to train their athlete clients, but upon request also train our members.
Training is not “over-sold” or “pushed” on members since most or our trainers are external
In depth client assessments with required “goals to be reached” are established prior to training
We advise members to buy personal training sessions in very small increments (you can always buy more later if it is needed) and to save money by training in small groups (which is actually a more effective way to learn)
