Dean Singh

My name is Dean, and I have been working as a personal trainer and fascial stretch therapist for ten years.

We live in a society that works against our overall wellness in body, mind, and spirit. Our surroundings keep our stress levels consistently high and our jobs put our bodies under unnatural physical stress, prohibiting our bodies to move with freedom. We were born as three dimensional movers, but because of our adaptation to the "modern lifestyle" (which for many means sitting at a desk for hours a day) most of us find ourselves restricted to two dimensions. In day to day life, this means aches and pains during even the most routine activities, like folding laundry or walking up stairs. In the gym, this equates to a lack of range in squats, deadlifts, presses, chin-ups, and more.

A lack of mobility in muscular tissue and joints results in slower progressions in terms of strength, endurance and aesthetics. At a minimum, limited mobility means limited gains...and that's if you're lucky. In a worst case scenario, it can lead to debilitating chronic pain forcing you to put your fitness goals and quality of life aside indefinitely.

I can guide you through these restrictions and eliminate them entirely through a combination of Fascial Stretch Therapy and intelligent training. Let me help you move the way you are born to move. Allow me to show what I can do for you and let me help you move the way you were meant to move by booking a two-hour demonstration with me. I promise you will uncover your flexibility/strength baseline and notice a difference in your body's strength and mobility after just one session. You don't have to live your life in pain or settle for mediocre results. Let me unleash your inner athlete.

Certifications:

  • FST - stretch to win (level 1 & 2)
  • Canfit PRO PTS
  • Kettle Bell Level 1 agatsu
  • TRX R4 coach
  • Vitruvian muscle testing specialist

Karsten Jensen

To achieve their individual goals, athletes must improve their ability to practice and compete. Sport-specific training carries the risk of using a GREAT program with the wrong goals (for YOU). Karsten tailors each assessment and training program to the athlete's individual needs. As a result, athletes - even at the world-class level - have experienced increased results and new PRs within 8-12 weeks.

Karsten has worked with athletes and coaches from 27 different sports since 1993, many of them at the international, world-class and Olympic levels. He trains athletes with the Flexible Periodization Method. This programming method fits the program to the needs of the athlete rather than forcing the athlete to fit into pre-determined boxes. The Flexible Periodization Method is a style of no style. The only preferred exercises and methods are the ones that work for the athlete. Due to the intense nature of the service, Karsten only works with a few athletes at any one time.

Besides working with dedicated athletes, Karsten teaches the Flexible Periodization Method to strength coaches and personal trainers around the world.
Credentials:

  • MSc, Exercise Physiology
  • CPTN-CPT.M
  • Author of The Flexible Periodization Method and related specialty programs
