November 29th, 2018 – happy to be back at Wilfrid Laurier University as a guest lecturer on the topic of aging with optimal health and function. Much thanks to ProfessorKari Brozowski, Ph.D. and Community Health, Public Health and HealthAdministration for this honor. This is always a great opportunity to introduce students to evolutionary discordance theory. It is even more satisfying to then provide the simple, elegant and proven solutions for optimal health and function as we age. It is still surprising to grasp the limited awareness among the general public of these exceedingly useful and growing branches of evolutionary science.
