I came to Idaho to PLAY PARCHEESI, DO MACRAME, AND BREAK THE F&%KING #AWPC #75KG, MASTERS II TOTAL WORLD RECORD! #Westsidebarbell #FortisFitness
Well….there were 4 old guys at the Recreation Center who WOULD NOT let me on the damn Parcheesi table and the macramé supply store was ALL OUT OF MACRAME WOOL – which really sucks, because I found an old wooden rail and I was going to make… like… a huge macramé wall hanging that looked sort of like a “10,000 pound house cat” coughed up a giant hair ball…. Anyhooo…that left only one thing to do – BREAK THE F&%KING AWPC #75KG, MASTERS II TOTAL WORLD RECORD!
Got it done, including a 3 x body weight 507 lb. (finally) dead-lift. There will always be 165 lb. guys much stronger than me. I post this because I sucked so bad at the #CPFNationals back in June, bombing all 3 squats and I post it in thanks and tribute to the great people who helped me and help so many others – #JeremyHamilton (put 50 pounds on my total), #AlastairMacNicol, #BryanMarshall, #KenWhetham, #EricSpoto, #MauroDiPasquale, #LouieSimmons, #DonnieThompson, #JayNera, fellow gym members, etc…and I want to thank the “Academy”.. Hahahahaha… The folks in Idaho were the best. Thank God for great people.
Curiously, I was given “super-human old-Dude strength” just by putting on these magical Bacon & Barbell dead-lift socks. Thanks #JordanMoffit and #VanessaBaez.
