Meet Your Presenters:

Matt Wenning
Matt Wenning is a 3-time world champion powerlifter. He is one of only a handful of people to total over 2,600lbs in a professional competition, hold an all-time world record of 2,665lbs in the 308-lb class, and bench press over 800lbs in a full powerlifting meet. From 2007-2017 he was Top 5 in the world for lifting (both raw and equipped). He is currently the owner of a private strength gym in Columbus, Ohio, and was contracted by the US Army where he directed over 6,000 troops in strength, conditioning, and wellness (including Infantry and Ranger Divisions). He holds a Masters Degree in Biomechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University. Most recently, he attained his Professional Doctorate in Kinesiology in Education.
Stan Efferding
Stan Efferding (“The White Rhino”) is an IFBB Professional bodybuilder and World Record Holding Powerlifter: He is one of only 10 men in the world to ever total over 2,300lbs raw in competition. Due to his impressive physique and strength, Stan also holds the title of “World’s Strongest Bodybuilder.” Stan studied Exercise Science at the University of Oregon and has been training high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for over 25 years. Most notably, he has consulted with hundreds of elite athletes across multiple sports, including four-time World’s Strongest Man, Brian Shaw, and Icelandic Strongman and Game of Thrones’ “The Mountain,” Hafþór Björnsson. Stan is a leading authority on performance nutrition, and is the Founder of The Vertical Diet, a performance-based nutritional framework.
