Meet Your Coaches

Ninette Longsworth:Ninette is 57 years of age, a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 1. She competes in raw powerlifting and holds multiple Canadian and World Records in her age and weight class in the WRPF and RPS Federations, respectively.
She has been a trainer at Fortis Fitness for over 15 years and has more than 12 years of experience teaching and instructing the Fortis Fitness Fatloss 101 Program (online and in-person training).
With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, she works with beginners to experienced athletes. Her areas of interest and expertise include strength training, powerlifting, women’s health during perimenopause/menopause, back health, fat loss and building sustainable and healthy habits.
Ninette is a prime example that fitness can be achieved at any age.
