… and yes, we’ve been cleaning, painting and we re-built our Weightlifting platforms, etc. in anticipation of your return.
BUT…we have also been extremely busy building this “floating” 2nd floor STRUCTURAL STEEL MEZZANINE above our existing turf. Now our members and clients, including the track and field folks, football players, Olympians, etc. have a straight 110 foot run of turf. Also, MANIACS LIKE OUR STRONGMAN COMPETITORS (….ahumm…Sam. Majic, Dain, Marie, Laurie, Nick. etc,) CAN PUSH 500 POUNDS ON THE PROWLER EVEN FARTHER WHILE LISTENING TO METAL MUSIC!….but don’t worry, we’ll attach giant pieces of foam to the concrete walls so you won’t run right through the cinder block and end up flying through the air screaming and landing in the parking lot of the film production facility next door. You would be fine, but you’d likely break their parking lot!
This also adds almost 1000 square feet of new second floor space for added social distancing.
We are now simply waiting for an official word from our Provincial government so we can then provide you with a firm date on which we can welcome you back and reopen the gym. We will do this under Covid19 best practices and policies to keep you as safe as possible.
We will be in touch with all members as soon as we have a firm date.
Until then, please stay safe and sound.
We look forward to seeing you again SOON!
