These extremes are symbolic of what our gym endeavors to provide for our members – no matter how new to strength training, how injured, or how strong. Our goal is to serve every single member optimally so they can reach their respective goals to the greatest extent possible. If a member is new to training or injured, we need to give them a place to start and to thrive. If they are one of the strongest people on the planet, we need to challenge them continually to get better and even stronger. The weights may be vastly different, but the goals are the same.
